Hugging Face Introduces TorchTPU for Native PyTorch Support on TPUs

Hugging Face has launched TorchTPU, a native backend for PyTorch that allows seamless integration of Tensor Processing Units (TPUs) into the Hugging Face ecosystem. This development enables users to run models from the Hugging Face Hub directly on TPUs without needing to port code to other frameworks like JAX or use the Optimum TPU library.
